DynaPulse Analysis Services for Educators
Through its Internet-powered DynaPulse Analysis Center (DAC), Pulse Metric provides Educators, in addition to blood pressure and heart rate measurements, with automated computer analysis and trending of cardiovascular performance data acquired by DynaPulse non-invasive BP monitors in a class room, physiology lab and even students at homes or a remote site. Within a minute of a student transmitting blood pressure data to the DynaPulse web site, proprietary algorithms automatically compute and display 16 hemodynamic values, including cardiac output, arterial compliance/distensibility, left ventricular contractility and systemic vascular resistance. The subscription-based service requires a DynaPulse blood pressure monitor and Web-enabled computer.
This online non-invasive hemodynamic profiling allows medical students and healthcare professional trainees access to advanced technology and education surrounding the area of human circulation physiology. The Summary of DynaPulse Clinical Studies, describing over 100 clinical studies published by many research groups within the US and worldwide along with the Pulse Metric publishedPhysics of Pulse Dynamics, would greatly enrich any learning institution's existing curriculum.
DynaPulse educational supplement
DAC hemodynamic services are available to allow both teachers and students to upload DynaPulse measurements collected within the lab or classroom, directly to the DAC for hemodynamic analysis. The DynaPulse hemodynamic reports would then be available for teachers to review with their students.
